Once you've placed your order, it will be processed as quickly as possible.
Delivery options and prices are given at checkout:

Throughout the UK, Royal Mail will normally be used for smaller items (to go through a letterbox) and either Royal Mail Tracked or a Courier service for bigger or fragile items such as framed prints and lampshades, or for large orders.
Please note that framed prints and lampshades are often made to order so may take a little longer.

RETURNS
We hope you're happy with your purchase. However on the rare occasion that you are not, then returns must be made within 30 days of the order date, and advised within 3 working days of receipt.
The cost of return postage will only be refunded in the event that the item is faulty.
